I eat here all the time! But, mostly because I am a local and it's the most convenient place in town. Believe me, I don't want to write this review... However, that last 6 (yes 6) times I have ordered food (about 2 months of ordering), I have been more than unimpressed. I also feel the quality of product is lesser when getting take-out, rather than eating in house. Over or under cooked pizza, wrong or missing toppings, burnt fish (that my cat will not even eat), over cooked fried shrimp with mushy insides - nothing that should be leaving the kitchen. Half the time the boneless chicken wings are different and now you only receive 1 celery stick and 1 carrot stick with your order. There is a lack of portion control. You may luck out and get double the amount of a item that you had ordered previously. Of course, I am going to order again and then again so that I don't have to leave town for take out... but, I will be doing it less often.

We got stuck right after getting back from Canada in the Ezekiel storm! Panther Mountain was recommended. The pub alone was worth the stay. The rooms are simple, and old fashioned, but they're clean, and that matters. We had great local beers, and yummy brick oven pizza - yummy by NYC standards. The locals we ended up chatting up were hilarious, and made our evening fun. Even the local first responders joined in the fun. If you find yourself here, pop in for a night, and get a taste of upstate NY.
Unfriendly staff, even worse food. No coronavirus precautions enforced.
My family had a great night at the “P”. We enjoyed great food, drinks, and live music. Anytime we visit the Adirondacks this is the place my family enjoys going to. The new owners are great! I highly recommend checking out this fantastic place.
We stayed one night because the weather got too cold in our tent. We found this place just by driving around and it was definitely worth the price. 88 for the night, hot water was fine, heat was great, and we stayed very warm. it’s definitely an older building but we didn’t hear anything. Slept well, although the bed is older and squeaky it was very comfortable and great for catching some shut eye they had coffee made in the morning. There was a fridge in our room and in the lobby with some soda and water with a few snacks provided. The pub downstairs had a pool table, juke box and some AMAZING food. Pizza, wings, fries, pork wings, onion rings. Can’t complain. Very clean and very nice service. Thank you Jamie!!! Service was excellent!!!!
We recently stayed here after being forced off the road by a snowstorm. The family that owns this little inn was so friendly and accommodating and it was amazing to have a warm, comfortable place to spend the night. We were even able to go downstairs to the attached pub and grab dinner and drinks before heading to bed. Finding this place made an otherwise terrible night feel so much better :)
Cozy place with some great upstate vibes. Loved the pizza.
Our business Christmas party ended up here after we left somewhere else and we are glad we did. The crowd is great and its one big social event for everyone. The new owner is freindly and was telling us all about his plans to keep improving the business. Good Luck Darren!
