Don’t rent from firefly. The cars are not in safe driving condition. They need oil changes and tires. I wasted time having to change cars during my trip for this reason. The girls who work here are not friendly or good at their job. They have inexpensive prices but it ends up expensive will all the extra charges that they are on. The manager Patricia should be fired. She cost the company thousands of dollars in rentals because she lost a loyal customer. Take this review as a warning and don’t rent from here.
It's a bait and switch scam operated and owned by Hertz. There is a good chance they will not honor your reservation (it happened to us) and leave you stranded at the start of your holiday. Es una estafa, ellos aceptan muchas reservaciones, pero no tienen suficientes coches para la gente cuando llega.
Pésimo servicio. Aparte con un mesel vehículo . Llego a servicio a recoger el carro y simplemente te dicen que no hay carro. Terminas rentando al precio que les da la gana. Son una bola de rateros. En la vida volvería a viajar a Chetumal y menos rentar carro con Firefly.

La peor experiencia, no tenían autos disponibles aún cuando la reserva estaba confirmada desde hace mucho y a muchas personas nos dejaron sin auto, no se disculparon ni te dan más alternativas, según que para en la tarde tendrían autos pero nunca fue así. Llamé a servicio al cliente y son igual de incompetentes, no les importa el cliente.
No respetan la reservación, aumentan el depósito de garantía cuando llegas
No recomiendo la renta de autos en este lugar, son unos estafadores, te dan un precio y cuando entregas el vehículo posteriormente recibes información de que entregaste el vehículo en malas condiciones y te cobran lo que dicen ellos que destruiste. Les recomiendo viajar en autobús o taxi. Las unidades te las entregan sucias
