The service we received at this branch was HORRIBLE. I am a regular client of National and was expecting the same service as I am used to in every other city I have rented - this was NOT the same. First, the agent showed up at the rental office 30 minutes later than our scheduled pickup time. Okay - let this one slide. Then, he proceeds to tell me that my rental is not available because he had to take it to the garage for an alignment fix, and that the car will not be available for another hour IF they don’t find something else wrong with the car. I’m about to take a the car for a road trip - this is NOT the type of security reassurance I expect from a rental company. Since our car was not available, I asked about the company offering another car instead - to which he replied that he didn’t have any other car available for me. National also has another office at the airport, but he refused to check for another car available at that location - even though he manages both. He kept giving me excuses that was basically putting the blame on me (I.e. oh, you only booked it with 24hrs notice) and when I told him he could have at least had the courtesy to communicate this information via email/phone number, he mentioned that I had not indicated that information on my reservation - even though we all know that information is mandatory when booking. He kept insisting that he did have a car for us, when clearly it wasn’t the case, and offered no solution other than waiting for it to come back from the garage - ruining our plans and leaving us to find a solution on our own. We cancelled our National reservation on the spot. THANK GOD FOR FIREFLY CAR RENTAL. The service we received at their airport location was impeccable, and the lady that assisted us managed to turn a sour-morning into an amazing beginning to a road trip in a matter of minutes.

Le damos 4 porque el día de la entrega estaba aún cerrado siendo que la hora de apertura de la oficina era 1 hora antes. Sin embargo super rápidos y accesibles cuando nos entregaron el vehículo, muy buen trato, excelentes precios y buenos carros, verifiquen el aire de sus neumáticos estaban super bajos cuando lo recibí todo lo demás de 10!
