Dr. Munsell is simply an amazing person all around. He was so kind, polite, personable, and knowledgeable. He alone made my visit a great experience. I would highly recommend him and Cheyenne Vision Clinic.

ANGRY!! First time customer, called to have an Eye Exam because it was that time of year!! That’s all I wanted. Doctor went through the regular eye exam and everything. Which is what I wanted, then he asked me a single question which I thought was just being nice and starting small talk, “if I needed more contacts” I said yes cause I was out and nothing wrong with my current contact, which accrued a 194 charge for a “contact fitting”. This was never disclosed to me and I assumed I was just getting an eye exam. Thought I’d walk out of there with my regular prescription (which didn’t change) and order some new contacts and paying my 10 copay for my insurance. Nope couldn’t even purchase new contacts cause they charged me so much!

Extremely disappointed with these people. Called ahead to ensure my insurance was accepted...turns out they were wrong. The whole ‘mask mandate’ made it even worse being that I am a disabled veteran with a legitimate reason as to why I am not required to wear one and the Dr. refused to see me. Don’t waste your time...these people are not professional.
