Great museum of great warrior Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. Museum have lots of good weapons, coins, Costumes, Sculpture etc. Which shows a good projection of Indian architect, handicrafts, engineering and history. History of Marathas is one of the best in all over world. It's one of the best museum I have visited yet. Beautiful place and also good maintained. I personally suggest to visit that museum.

Very large museum. War weapon, different coins & other artifices from the Maratha Empire. Must visit this place. Very nominal fee. Children may love this place.

This is a good place with rich collection of coins , weapons and other items used around 400 years ago. Unfortunately, they are exhibited in the most dirty place and atmosphere , in a way it’s disrespectful. Those who admire the great warrior and leader may ignore this aspect, but definitely it needs improvement for tourists purpose, we need to respect our own heritage.

A great museum which represents how great Maratha empire was. Photography is not allowed inside museum. You can easily spend 30-40 minutes here. The place closes at 6 PM, make sure you reach accordingly. It’s nearby Bibi ka Maqbara.

Very nice collection of coins, weapons, different types of locks, brass idols and artifacts from mogul Era and before that as well...very educational place...should spent more time here in knowing our history...a must visit.
