I like the services of Amazon in my city.... the behaviour of the employees is very good and they are very polite....And on time delivery.. I'm shopping for Amazon from 4-5 years and only one time my shipment become delayed due to covid pandemic, actually due to covid pandemic my city announced sunday lockdown and my expected delivery date also on Sunday that's why my courier becomes delay.and as a compensation for delayed delivery amazon refund the 20% amt of the package as a discount ..and return and refund policy also good...I got my refund within 2-3 hours after returning the product..... totally satisfied

Address was easy to locate. Although amazon delivers to all the pin codes in chhindwara but if you are willing to collect your parcel from their office you can do so. Staff behavior was good.
