I play baseball at Welles Park, and I have trained here for quite a bit, now! Their staff is great, and so is the management. 5 stars!

My sport buddy is member there since spring 2018. Iv been going to bradley place and have no complain about them. I needed someone to have practice with, and my buddy mention about him registered with BASH. I wanted to become member there so i and my buddy can go there together and do some practice. But before i go i wanted to check it out. I went with him few times and i found out that half of their staffs is rude. Theres a young girl name Liz or Lisa is made me change my decision to become member there. We reserved a net for one hour and after 15 mins she comes and notify us that we have 15 mins left. We booked it for complete one hours but they book it for someone else for the same hour and we ended up practicing only for 30 mins. Taking out one hour with busy schedule, driving to Bash and overall that mess up the entire schedule. Second time one of the machine stopped working in middle of practice, and we asked Fernando or Edwardo to take a look and without him coming out to net he said we dont have any available at the moment, all of the machines are busy. Bash seems great place no doubt, machines are great, speed is really good, overall the facility is 5 star. If the staff go along with you i would highly recommend this place. ——Update—— Just received a call from my buddy saying that the problem is taken care by owner. Thank you Bash.

Revising my previous post that was due to a misunderstanding. BASH was in fact responsive to my concerns that a 6-pack of private lessons I had purchased in June 2018 had expired without all of the lessons used. They in fact DID respond to my inquiry the very next day with an offer to extend the expiration date which I very much appreciate. As a result, I acknowledge my mistake and revise my review to 5-stars.

I’m in Chicago visiting but had a great hour taking some cuts at BASH. Great facility, nice staff and hitting baseballs in January are all wins. Call ahead to reserve a time. We rotated 4 guys over an hour and got in a lot of swings.
