Never had an issue with CTT until yesterday. The receptionist in the 28th Floor spoke to me as if I didn't know where I was or what I was doing. All information related to her was turned around to fit her narrative. Thankfully, the Lady she called from the back handled the situation like a Pro. Grateful some people don't bring their personal attitudes to work. I hope I never have to engage her again.......

I had this company for my refinance in March 2020. They collected funds at closing to pay my homeowners insurance due in April. They not only didn't pay it, but also to this date are not returning my phone calls or reply to emails. I had to cover the last two monthly premiums out of my pocket to avoid cancellation. Really bad example of the title company.
