Citi bank had really screwed me over. I had my account for a little over a month I’ve been making deposit and withdrawals. For some reason my account always gives me a problem (a fraud) alert ever transaction I have to call to get my card unblocked. I received a large sum of money and when I tried to verify they gave me the run around. It’s now October 2020 the closed my account august 8th 2020 told me I had to wait 30-90 days for a check in the mail for remaining funds I still have yet to receive it. I sat on the phone hours only to get hung up on, told that I can go in the branch to receive my funds before they officially close my account, and then the branch teller to tell me they just wanted me to get off the phone. I asked to speak to a manager I’m still waiting for a call back smh never again.

The bankers here have the worst customer service ever. I had the worst experience with opening a checking account. I really miss the branch in Oak Lawn.
Employees are friendly but not enough tellers, service is slow and hours are short.
This branch is horrible. What bank opens at 10am. When you get there at 10 the staff are logging into there computers and you are waiting. I had 3 accounts now I only have one. I sitched to an actual bank. Not some coffee shop.
My first account experience with this bank was wonderful. Great service :).
