Epoch is great! I would recommend this place to anyone! I had Sam and she was amazing! She really went above and beyond by taking the time to discuss what I wanted. It had been years since I had gotten any type of coloring done to my hair; once she was finished, I was blown away! Sam is super talented! Best treatment (highlights, trim, style) I've ever received!!!!

I love love love this salon, this is my 3rd trip here and absolutely no disappointments!! Deanna & Peter are excellent! They have that special touch and this salon gives you that feeling like “I’m in good hands” they care about everyone who walks in the door. My mom had probably been to every salon in Chicago and never liked her results 5 times out of 10 and once she’s healed after her surgery I’m gonna bring her here and let her know these people know EXACTLY what their doing, relax mom and let’s the experts take care of you ️ Thank you Epoch xoxo!!

I never leave reviews but please save your time and money. I used to love the service here but I wasted my money here today. I was charged 75 for a 1 inch trim and a rushed blow out. I was supposed to receive a cut and style but only got the rushed haircut. They didn’t straighten my hair just rushed me off after the blow out to move on to another client. If the artist was busy don’t double book them. I would have rather waited for a different appointment. Very sad and disappointed.

Epoch is the best! It's in the heart of Wicker Park, and all of the stylists are super down-to-earth and personable. Ashley and Leslie have both worked on my blonde hair, and they nail it every time! The salon itself is sleek and clean, and the stylists aren't departmentalized (the same person does your color and cut) so you're with the same person the entire time. SO happy with my hair every time I leave, definitely recommend!
