The front desk are very polite..but don't waste your time with the doctor's there. They don't listen to your needs or your condition, they just like to prescribe meds that almost gave a heart attack. Called for referral and they said will be sent electronically but never was. I tried to be patient but health is what matters.They don't know how to treat patients with certain conditions...like Depression, bipolar and thyroid or even do more blood work, this place is terrible.

I’ve Brenneman going here for over 7 years an can say I’ve always had the best treatment. Dr Wyn is amazing and caring as well as very knowledgeable. I would hate to have to go somewhere else.

I have nothing but good things to say about Erie front desk staff is always wonderful. Doctors are great here. Never a long wait to be seen. They work with you to be seen the right away not like other places.

My daughter had an appointment I had to reschedule and the closest date I was able to make was this week. Two days before her appointment I got a call my daughters appointment was cancelled. I missed the call but when I called back They didn't give me a reason but to reschedule with said pediatrician. I see a practice of doctors I do not care who seems my family as long as the doctor meet the qualifications to do so. I was told I can see any provider in the Erie Network but time and time again I see its untrue. Not to mention it is very hard to get in touch with your provider without having to call the main number as the number is shared with all locations. It would be easier to get things moving if every clinic had their own number. Instead if I miss a call, I end up calling back and being told I'll get a callback again. I miss the callback and its just an unending cycle of calling back and forth. Cancelling without reason is uncalled for and forgetting a patient in the waiting area is also uncalled for but they did nothing to make it up.
