Doctors and nurses are great BUT the wait time to do an appointment is 45 min every time I call!!! Horrible telefone service!!!!!! Please hire more people to answer the phone! Worst service doing appointments ever!

I switched over from another clinic so I can have a better experience with my 2nd child. This experience was ok in the begining . I am just praying that the delivery experience is better . To reschedule or even schedule it took over 25minutes. I am not going to wait 25minutes to schedule an appointment but they have improved their pace.Dr. Sarroza & Dr. ARLENE bury are the best doctors the clinic has for prenatal. Anyone else i have seen or spoke to on the phone makes my concerns seem unimportant and make me feel dumb for asking questions. Anytime I see anyone other than my assigned doctor they make me feel uncomfortable and their approach is rushed. They are improving.

Also my case manager Esperanza she has been amazing with the case she always so sweet and caring thank you guys!

Julie Osborne she has been an angel to as she is so professional and compromised basically she saved my eye. And take care of my and my wife like if were part of her family she really mean it when she did the Hippocrates oath Exelent exelent person and Doctor .we love her

Horrible experience for my 6 month baby. Brought her to get her shots and get blood work, nurse just poked her and kept moving needle and couldn’t get the vein she was just hurting her. She asked help for another nurse who refused to use gloves! That’s not acceptable specially during this pandemic I’m really upset I’m definitely going to change clinics.
