Its an ok clinic but the wait is always long

Every time I go here it’s always something. From bad attitudes to the doctor taking all day. Today I went in for allergies and came out with a nasal spray no medication and no asthma pump. Due to the fact I was feeling better because of over the counter drugs. I called last week but this was the first appointment available so of course I’m not as miserable. Anyway the dr took forever to come in and then rushed me out when she finally did come in. I’m thinking about switching clinics. I’m so over them.

I had a great experience at Friend Family Health Center! The Nurse Practitioner that I saw was midwife Garcia. She was great and I felt very comfortable with her. I'm usually a wreck when I go to my yearly gyne appointment but she was very patient with me. I love her! Cindy at the front desk was also great and the clinic is very clean! I did not have to wait long in the waiting room nor the exam room. My overall experience was awesome that I just had to share it and give this clinic props!

Got stuck at this clinic after switching my healthcare and I have been nothing but disappointed. Made my first appointment with them for a Tuesday(because when I called that’s the time the receptionist said was the earliest she could get me in) but when I arrived I was told my appointment was for the next day. Luckily I was on vacation and was able to come the next day or I would have had to reschedule. This place takes forever to do things as well. So far I’ve been waiting a week for my lab results after being told they come back in 3-5 days and I’ve called multiple times only to be told the doctor hasn’t reviewed them yet. If you can find another clinic cause this one is trash, I can’t wait until I can go back to Advocate!
