By far the best debt collection experience I have ever had! My son Tony ran up 2000 in debt at the vape store down the street. When I confronted him he said, \if you expect me to go anywhere with vaping you'll have to understand that you have to spend money to make money.\ Which I obviously did. I'm not an idiot. When I was contacted by George at Harvard Collection Services (HCS), I explained this, and was given two options: 1. Kill Tony, 2. Provide HCS with pictures of my wife's feet. I've seen Tony fight our mailman, Bruce, multiple times. Bruce is twice my size and has the hands of a gorilla, so going toe-to-toe with Tony would almost certainly out of the question. So I opted for the feet pictures. My wife's boyfriend said it was OK, and George provided the necessary conditions for the pictures and his email address. I sent George the pictures and my debt was settled within a week.

HE HUNG UP ON ME I called today to tell them the debt they are sending me is not valid. They continued to ask questions that were irrelevant. They also threatened me with the debt saying they will mark it as a hardship immediately.... the letter says contact us within 30 days of debt is not valid that is exactly what I did and they wouldn’t give me the information of the doctors office that sent in the bill!! It was 4 years ago the doctor didn’t submit it to insurance rather just to collections. My insurance said I need to contact the doctor and they need to file a claim extension and properly submit it through insurance. They also said I cannot be held accountable as it is fraudulent to not properly submit claims prior to submitting to a collection agency.
Literally put a old account on my credit as brand new. The account is over 5 years old and they somehow took it off my credit report and then proceeded to put it back on there. So now instead of it falling off after 7 years I have another fresh 7 years to go. My credit is perfectly fine and I'll never pay this BOGUS CLAIM! I Will be contacting someone about this place that's for sure.
They have called me 6 to 8 times daily they won't give address untill u argue with them won't except money orders they only want debit card number or credit card number also u can't understand there rude comments and remarks very unproffesional I am glad I read these comments on here I will not be giving them any money I will wait and go to court and let an American judge handle this these people are scammers
They charged my card 4 times! I called to tried and the first time I called the person just hung up on me. I called again and get it resolved and “Ms.Scott” was beyond rude and arrogant the entire time. Probably the worse customer service I have ever had.
