Purchased a forklift from Justin for around 30K. When it arrived, it had a faulty hose and was leaking fluid. I asked them if they would cover the cost to fix it. They said I could have my local company fix it and they would reimburse me. The process was simple and they reimbursed me for the amount - they didn't ignore my emails or make me jump through hoops. Would definitely purchase from them again.
