This dealership provided one of the best shopping experiences I've had -between my mom's shopping over the past decade and my own over the last two months. The showroom is very clean and they take great care in following COVID-19 guidelines to make customers feel comfortable and safe. I came back multiple times, was always greeted with a smile, and ended up deciding on a used 2013 RX350 that was in great condition- never once was I pressured to drive something home that night. I have Mike Lagiglio and Bill Tacker to thank for that- I love my new car and am excited for the new memories. The battery, however, was on its last legs and fried itself within three weeks of ownership. It was a mild inconvenience, but I was referred to Justin in service and the problem was immediately rectified- I was able to drive home a clean (and running) car within a few hours at no cost to me. I highly recommend their team and will be returning for my future service!

Incredible experience with the service department, couldn’t be happier! I was concerned about COVID protocols and they offered to pick up and drop off my car since I live just 2 miles from the dealership. They gave me an approximate time when I made the appointment and the especially courteous employee arrived right on time. Great communication during the day and drop off was equally smooth. Car was washed and returned in beautiful shape and the cost matched the estimate. Thank you Andy and the entire service team!

Customer service is rude. I sat inside of the showroom car and one of the sales man was so rude. I was surprised. Manager doesn’t care as long you you don’t buy car. I don’t recommend this dealership. I am giving two stars because other salesman was good,
