One star for charging me 12 more at the gate when I was checking out. Reserved online, printed verification, kept the ticket. We were at the exit at 11:59. We reserved til midnight (12am). They charged us more cause we went ‘over’ yet on the receipt it says 00:00. He saw cash in my hand and took advantage. Shame.

Kind friendly staff. It feels like a family business? I dunno if it is but that's the way the employees make it feel. They're always getting you at the entrance and when you return from a trip. You feel like you're looked after. Make sure you book a reservation first to save money! There's a coupon for money off of you book ahead of time. Also, you can just walk to the airport! There is a shuttle if needed.
Impossible to talk to a live person when needing assistance. Expensive with no grace period. Flight was running an hour late, so I was charged for an extra day. Would not recommend.
BEST Rates you will find and very straightforward process. Unsure of how anyone could miss the multiple signs that say no trucks yet seems like the low reviews here did.... Fun Fact: I lost my printed discount paper BUT the attendant told me to look in my email and would honor pricing if i could find it...HE DID NOT HAVE to do this but showed kindness in doing so. Thanks!
This parking lot is the best. It seems less stressful to park here and it's always a very smooth process. It's a very long lot, but there's a shuttle that will drive you to the front. Every time I've parked, the shuttle is at my car in seconds - most times before I'm even out of my car! Once leaving the lot, you enter the CTA orange line station and it's about a 10 minute walk through a skyway to get to the terminal. I personally don't mind the walk before a flight. The workers are very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!
