I just ordered a coin-op Speed Queen Gas Dryer for my two flat, and Midwest delivered and installed it a lot faster than I expected, even with the crazy snow left from the blizzards. Memo was the delivery and installation tech, and he did a great job. He was very friendly and knew just what to do to get the dryer installed fast. I asked Memo if he could get the dryer to fit on the pedestal base I had from the old dryer, and it didn't work out, but I appreciate him trying. He hauled away the old dryer, and all the packaging from the new one, and showed me how to operate the dryer and coin slide, even explaining how to get a new key if I lose the one it came with. I will definitely go to Midwest first the next time I need laundry equipment for my building.

Guillermo and Larry installed a new washer and dryer for our building. They did a great job! They removed the old machines and even cleaned behind them before installing the new ones. They took the time to make sure we knew how to use the new-to-us mobile payment feature. It was all greatly appreciated!
I spent hours calling over a dozen companies trying to get help locating someone who could go out and diagnose a commercial washing machine. I was fortunate to stumble across Midwest Laundries and spoke with Jim about the problems I was having. Within a matter of minutes he provided a contact name and number to a company that could help me. He even said, if they were not able to assist me to call him back and he would help me find someone. If that is not EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, I have no idea what is.
Jim was so easy to work with. Our machines were delivered quickly and they showed up right on time. Victor and Carlos did a great job hauling our old machines up the stairs from the basement and carrying the new ones done and installing them. They did this without complaint. Excellent, competent workmen are hard to find these days. Midwest Laundries is the company to call if you want results, not excuses.
I worked with Midwest Laundries on an apartment building I own in the western suburbs of Chicago. My sales person, Jim Schultz, was very knowledgeable and helped with making a quick decision on what I needed. The support staff (Megan & Lauren) were friendly and efficient in processing the paperwork.
