Very pleasant staff. Cute puppies. Sadly came during a busy time where I was forced to wait outside in the cold while numerous people came in to play with puppies with obviously no desire to buy which was frustrating. Due to COVID could only take one puppy out and couldn't really watch them play which made making a decision needlessly more difficult. Consider fees to enter to eliminate the time wasters and allow real customers appropriate time to make decisions.

I loved stopping in to look at puppies. My boyfriend surprised me by bringing home my favorite little guy. Pocket puppies does a great job preparing new owners with an hours long orientation before you head home. Also, some some of your first services at Animal Care Center of Chicago are complementary with your new Pocket Puppy. I always found the puppies I held, before I got to bring one home, were well fed, groomed, and socialized. I probably would have been happy with a puppy from anywhere, but I'm glad my puppy started his life out being well cared for.
I have never been so disappointed in my life. The staff had the worst service I have ever encountered. I believe buying a dog from here would truly be rescuing it. The poor dogs were absolutely terrified and the staff was so rude to me. My family and I went in and planned to purchase a puppy (only people in the store) however, we’re still denied from playing with a dog because there were 3 of us. I would love to speak with management at this moment and I don’t care if I sound like a Karen- please contact me ASAP pocket puppies.
Their grooming service is wonderful.
Went looking for a small puppy. Pleasant staff. Got to see some great variety of pups. All very healthy, playful spunky.
