Warm, welcoming, friendly, inviting... I could go on! A fantastic workout at a real local neighborhood spot. The vibe is encouraging and inspiring to people of all levels, and makes it feel like a real community. Covid precautions are taken very seriously. Highly recommend!

What a great spin studio! The space is cool, the instructors are amazing and vibe is chill. It’s not cliquey like some of the big name, corporate studios. The staff and the other riders were very welcoming. I felt like I was part of something unique and most of all, fun. Take a spin there and I guarantee that you go back. Important note: They’ve just reopened for in person classes. If you are concerned about safety, good news, they are very diligent on safety precautions. I was there today and felt totally safe. So happy to be back there taking in person classes. Spynergy Rocks!
Some say Disney is the happiest place on earth but I believe Spynergy is the happiest place on earth! Small intimate classes with bikes spread apart for social distasting. Face Shields/Masks are required but you get used to it right away. I always leave classes in a better headspace than what I walked in with. Classes are upbeat and instructors are motivating. This studio is personable and never makes you feel like a transaction. They make you feel welcomed every time you come in! The instructors want to help you reach your goals and make every class unique.
Spynergy is amazing. I've been going for over 2 years now. They have a great staff and created a very special community here in Wicker Park. I have always felt welcomed. Since the pandemic, the in-studio rides have been very safe and clean. I feel very comfortable with how they are treating the safety of the riders. All the instructors have their own style and music to each ride. They keep things fresh and its a very fun way to workout. I've been in the best shape of my life since coming here. 5 stars!
Great spin studio. Has shoe rentals and the bikes are very new with powermeters built in. Highly recommend it.
