Needed a new battery for my iPhone 7. Battery Health 83%. Tech Shield charged me 99 for a new battery. But put the old battery back instead. And charged me 99. Had to go to a different repair place to get a real new battery. And asked the credit card company to reverse the 99 charge for the fake battery replacement. This picture is my old battery, that Tech Shield claimed to have replaced, but didn't.
Had a very good experience when they fixed the charging port to my Lenovo. I am a gig worker and need(ed) my laptop to work. They were the fastest, best priced and friendly. I will go back if I am ever in need of tech repair.
These guys are incredible!!! Wrecked my MacBook Air over the weekend and needed it back ASAP. The service was fast, the communication great and my laptop was returned to me looking brand new. My new go-to shop for computer repair.
