I was super excited to purchase a Tesla and decided to visit this location. I ended up having Tommy assist me (if you call it that)! I was very disappointed to say the least! I explained I was in a tight situation and needed a vehicle as soon as possible. I quickly learned that one cannot take delivery same day unfortunately. I found a vehicle located in Indianapolis, IN and was ready to purchase, but for some reason I couldn't make it to the next step with them. Since it was a used car, I was told I would need to work with the used car operations team and was told that someone would reach out to me. 24 hours later and I received no communication. I did receive a text message from Tommy letting me know that they had a vehicle coming in today, but unfortunately it wasn't what I was looking for. I ended up buying a Tesla from Tesla.com online, however, when I needed assistance with the purchase, I messaged Tommy and received no response so I decided to call the dealer and spoke with a woman who told me Tommy was at lunch and would call me back as soon as he returned (within 20 minutes). It's been 3 hours and still no communication. I called the Westmont location and spoke with Laverne Ball who was amazing and assisted me in completing the order. That's my experience at this location, I hope yours is better!

First off, if you are new to Tesla do not expect the purchase consultation to be one on one like a traditional dealer, they do not get commission. They are retail employees and do not have a super special incentive to keep following up with you or your order. If you need this then buy from a traditional dealership. Steps i took: 1.test drive car 2.Order car 3.wait....and wait 4.go pick up car:) otherwise this was a great facility and location in Chicago(might be a bit tough to test drive as some people dont know how to drive downtown)

Picked up my used Tesla from this location. Everyone was wonderful and treated me great. The whole purchase process was excellent.

Worst car buying experience ever. Tesla has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen.Loved the car took them a month to tell me at the last minute when I could pick up my vehicle which is 3 1/2 hours away and then I only had 48 hours to get there to get it per their guidelines. That was March 1 today is the end of July and then they have still not got me a license plate and every time I call or email either get no response or some story why they can’t get me a license plate for my lease vehicle that I put 26,000 down payment on. They claim it’s because I’m in Michigan and Michigan is anti-Tesla… And they say it’s OK for me to drive around with no license plate after nearly 5 months
