From start to finish a friendly and professional service. Judy was very helpful and my items arrived in good condition and packed exactly as I had requested. Tracking service meant I didn't have to wait around as I knew exactly when the parcel would arrive. I will definitely use this Mail Boxes again if I buy any more items in the area. Thanks

The service we received, especially by Judy was exceptional. (Including always remembering us, our mailbox number and also calling us by our names!) I didn't catch the gentleman's name - but equally as excellent in service. Highly recommend.
The perfect balance of friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. I used MBE Chichester to collect items from auction, pack them and arrange courier delivery to my home. The whole service was provided in four working days at a competitive cost, with excellent packing to protect fragile items. Definitely recommended and will use again if I buy from local auction houses.
I only post from mailboxes etc as I have a choice of courier services. They box everything up for me and print a label which I used to have to do before at the post office. Much better at mailboxes etc. Good all round customer service. Sending parcels to my son in USA used to be very difficult now with mailboxes etc they check and deal with everything. Email notifications to me and my son of progress of parcel. I use FedEx for USA and find them the best on recommendation by mailboxes etc. I Recommend them to everyone.
