We have used Chickasaw for a few years. Absolutely loved it .Customer service is great and the service we had was amazing. Never had any issues. We moved 3.9 miles into town and couldn't get internet to the new house. We are super bummed out and disappointed. Now we are going to have to use a competitor that isn't the greatest. Really wish Chickasaw could figure this out .

If I could give '0' stars, I would. This company charged me a late fee every other month for several months before I switched back to my old internet provider. I used AT&T Uverse for two years and never had any problems, and then this company for 6 months and I got almost 100 charges every other month. STAY AWAY. I switched back to AT&T Uverse. I only ever used Chickasaw because my roommate thought they were good (she was wrong). I kept calling to figure out why I was getting late fees, as I have an auto draft each month and they gave me different reasons for the same fee each time. Talked to management and they \couldn't help me\. I was honestly dumbfounded with how terrible their customer service was, and how impolite their workers were. I'm serious, please listen to me: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEIR INTERNET IS SLOW, THEY'RE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN UVERSE AND THEY HAVE THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
