Update: 03/10/2020 Brookdale called me today and after review, they decided to refund the whole amount of payment we gave them, so I respect and appreciate their concern and effort in this matter! Thank you Brookdale! ...................................... This place is all about the money,would definitely not recommend this facility. You must be VERY sure of your decision to live there when you put your money down because they will not give it back! We were going to have my mother live there so we gave them 2500 on Friday and changed our mind over the weekend and tried to get the money back on Monday and they refused to refund it even though they didnt provide any services and my mother hadn't even moved in. We were very upset about this!

What a wonderful place to call home! Very well kept, always clean, great food, and most importantly a very caring staff that attends to residents as if they were their own parents. Its well worth the piece of mind neaded for children with aging parents that just can't handle life at home alone anymore.
