They don't answer the phone. When you get through the phone tree after waiting for a few minutes the line goes dead. If I could, I'd give them negative stars. You're more likely to get through to the social security scammers before them...

We have literally been calling for weeks and they NEVER answer the phone. Came to the building to see if they could see us in person, and they are closed saying you can only make appointments over the phone. Make it make sense.
