This place is amazing! Out of all the moving I have done throughout Chico, Glenbrook definitely takes the cake in every aspect from the friendly staff to the quality of life while living within the complex. Brittany and Jason are both so attentive (no more waiting multiple days to hear back from the office on those work orders or simple questions! ) and work above and beyond to give you the best possible experience without any hassles. As someone who has mainly dealt with private landlords and houses because they were 100% against apartments, moving to Glenbrook Apartments was most definitely the best decision I could have ever made!
Great location by the Mall, Winco, many fastfoods and gas station...schools and daycares nearby. Affordable rent, clean and reliable management. My niece is a tenant, very happy there.
I enjoyed living at Glenbrook. The staff was very helpful, especially Brittany who I could call whenever something was going on and get help. I lived in a two bedroom and the price was very fair for the size of the apartment and how updated it was. I liked the amenities and used the pool all the way until it was closed because of COVID. Everything was clean and nice. I only moved because of my contract with my job and my roommate was moving out. Otherwise I would have stayed as long as I could!
I love this place. So convenient to everything. Manager is super sweet and very helpful. Only thing missing is a wager/dryer hook up. Glad laundry facility is just across the road.
