This yoga studio has been transformative for me! I went from strongly disliking yoga to not being able to get enough! The classes are amazing as are the staff! I love this place and the teachers!
I've found Hot Yoga Club Chico to be a fantastic resource for my fitness when I'm in Chico. There are a variety of teachers and styles which are well explained on the website. Teachers often encourage you to 'make it YOUR practice', listening to your body to know how deep to take it. I find that I can learn something new from each of the teachers. Sometimes I found the lingo to be unclear, but I that doesn't stop me from having my practice. I have to say I love the heated room; it's great for my muscles to relax, enabling me to do yoga without straining them. The room is always clean and they must be purifying the air because it never seems like a bunch of people were sweating in it. I really appreciate the freshness every time I enter the studio. The changing rooms are also kept quite clean and well supplied. I'm looking forward to joining in, the next time I'm in Chico.

I absolutely love Hot Yoga Club Chico!! I can’t say enough good things about the classes and the kind instructors. I always feel welcomed and the classes always keep me challenged. The studio is clean and well kept and the staff are always helpful. Joining Hot Yoga Club Chico has been a life changing experience and I look forward to continuing to grow my yoga practice there.
