Loved this school to death! Most of the teachers and staff were very nice and the best part was that they focused a lot on the arts, which other schools usually look over. There were a lot of talented students here and there's very little bullying going on here because the staff and even most of the students are very against that. Everyone was very accepting no matter who you were, and there were lots of neat performances always going on! I'm proud to say that I graduated from this school in 2016 and am currently attending college.

3 stars for the great courses, amazing artistic outlets, and genuinely likable teachers and principles. -2 stars for the student culture. It seems to me that this school has a disproportionate problem with drugs and sexual assault, and the staff hasn't taken proper action against this culture, either because they're afraid it'll damage the school's image, or there's some restriction in the bureaucracy that I'm unaware of. I seriously recommend that students who are of good principle and character come to this school, because we need more of you.

Sorta your typical school. Teachers will pick favorites and kids will talk smack about each other. The students pretend to be perfect and sweet but the second you offend someone, everything goes to heck. Unless you're a die hard liberal, you're going to have a hard time with people here. The teachers work hard and they all mean well, but the students have something to be desired.

We love this school and it is worth the commute from Paradise. It's a small charter school so the kids can get to know each other and have that feel of community. If one losses track of assignments, they catch it, way before a parent can and send them to a period to complete it. They also try to incorporate truly important skills like gardening. The arts, music, and dance are so much more important than the ability to memorize useless history dates. I would love to see all schools teach other important skills like nutrition (ex.cereal is not a real food, eat eggs and greens), how to handle money, how to treat each other using the virtues, meditation for brain health, yoga, the harmful effects of video games, energy medicine. Those are my thoughts. This school comes closer than the others and I'm happy Bryson is there! Mom- Vickie

DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL IF YOU ARE NORMAL. if you go to this school and don't have dyed hair, aren't transgender, or loud and annoying, you will be singled out and blamed for every single thing that happens. The principals lie and claim they have evidence on you when they don't, and they refuse to show said evidence, they then tell the same thing to the next person they talk to. Every little thing gets you in trouble here, and once you get in trouble, it's said to be a one and done deal and that's the end of it, but throughout the year you'll continue to be singled out for every bad event that happens because of one small mistake at the beginning of the year. The principals favor one side of the story and it's pointless to tell them your side, because despite using the exact vulgar language to tell the absolute truth in describing your side, your're still somehow accused of \white washing\ your side even though you admit that you weren't entirely in the right. If you go to this school and are normal, expect to be hated instantly if you don't change within the first month. Also, if you ride a longboard or skateboard to school, you need a lock to put it on the UNPROTECTED board racks that get rained on every other week, and despite a 140 board being ruined because of it, with the principal's knowledge, nothing has been done to protect the student's property. They used to be allowed in classrooms during the day, but now it's somewhat of a crime to carry it with you and the principal will attempt to rip the board out of your hand multiple times if he sees you with it and then lie to parents about what really happened. If you come to this school and don't change your hair color or gender to fit in immediately, then expect all of the above. Also, anything that kids are doing to have a fun time are immediately banned, so if you enjoy doing something with your friends, don't let anyone know you're having a good time doing it.
