The atmosphere is very pleasant and they have plenty of people ready to help. They offer much more than nails and the prices are decent. I enjoyed my pedicure and decided next time I’ll get a facial. I recommend taking time off of your norm and treating yourself to some pampering at Lily’s Nail and Spa.

Enjoyed my experience here. The place closed at 7 and they stayed until late to make sure my nails looked really good. My gel manicure and pedicure was wonderful

The pedicure was nice and relaxing. My nail teach did not talk to me at all and I showed them a picture of what I wanted an then forgot to do the ombre on my nails until I said something. It was my first time getting a full set done and wanted my nails round due to normal having long nails and that is the shape I like. Got home an a few hours later really looked at my nails and they are all different shapes mostly square with rounded corners and I specifically said and pointed to the round nail on there chart. Also did not cuticles trimmed or lotion put on my hands at all. The lady also went directly from saying you are done to doing another clients nails. I felt rushed and like I did not matter because there was a regular there. I will not being back and getting my nails done here ever again. Also to top it all off i was getting my nails done in honor of family member that just passed away.

My nails took twice as long to complete as they should have, as my nail tech kept getting up to answer the phone, set up other customers, etc. My gel manicure began chipping within a day, and by three days an entire nail had popped off. By the second day, the skin began peeling back on my nail beds worse than I ever could have imagined and this continued for days. So disappointed with how this turned out. Wouldn't ever go back. Update: when I contacted Lily's Nails about the problems I was having, the owner at first refused to fix the problem. I was actually accused of doing something to deliberately sabotage my nails, such as putting on oil before my manicure. The owner did finally offer to remove the remaining gel polish.

I got my nails done & did not like them so I went back and they were going to charge me full price. It was for my birthday weekend & now I’m stuck with bubbly nails that I’m going to have to get fully redone somewhere else. I’ve been going here for a while and now I unfortunately have to find somewhere else to go. Really disappointing.
