I asked for a white to black ombré and they said they could do it. The lady got my acrylic on and tried to do one nail before calling someone over to tell me she couldn’t do it. Then she said she’d give me black nails with jewels and i mentioned multiple air bubbles a few times before leaving but they weren’t as bad as they were the next morning. When i called the next day saying i just wanted my money back they said they’d redo them. I politely told them i really didn’t want them to do them again, i wanted to go somewhere else. They said no and i went in the next day to get them redone. They were better looking but lasted less than 1.5-2 weeks. the pics are the night/morning after i left. never went again.

I was so impressed with my visit,everything was perfect, and I loved my nails, both toes and fingers . Best staff ever. Felt like family. Cant wait for my next one.

Went in for a full set. I felt like I was in a factory. They just wanted me in and out. Didn't take their time. I understand wanting to make more money and get more people in. But have pride in the work that is being done. I had acrylic left on my cuticles and all under my nails. The gel polish was uneven and over lapping onto my cuticle and the sides of my fingers causing the polish to peel off on the next day. There was no hello when I walked and and harldy talked to me. No conversation at all. Very dissatisfied. I will not be returning.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The guy who did my nails was very RUDE when I asked for my nails to be done a certain way. There uneven and my left middle finger broke an hour later. BEWARE

I went in, they accepted me walking in which was great. But she cut all of my finger tips and both my pedicure and the acrylics look terrible for what I was charged. Wont be going back.

Worst experience the guy messed up my nails and when I asked him to fix them he go mad an got rough!! I left had the wife fix them the next day one broke over night, nails uneven. Two days later 3 nails broke off. Would not recommend and on top of it they only like to do really short nails. Not sure how they are still open

I've been coming here for about 7 years and I am satisfied every time. If they do something you don't like, all you have to do is tell them and they will fix it. I have never seen business owners so kind and willing to please their customers. They do an amazing job, every time. Cathy, Tommy and Linda are just the nicest people and they make the experience very delightful. Oh and very reasonable prices.
