Hi! I reached out to several salons as I have had a medically induced condition, telogen effluvium, which has caused major hair loss. A very traumatic experience that carries shame for some reason. Risa is the only person who not only called me back within the day but made me feel extremely comfortable, calm and hopeful that I will feel pretty again. She was amazingly informative and so kind. I see Janine here and she is a serious color chemist! She's great and super patient with my 5 year old who hates having her hair washed/brushed/touched/anything..... Super cute salon, very clean and welcoming! Got some balayage put in last time and I love how it turned out!
