Lawn service was basically OK for the 2 seasons we used it, but we decided to try with less chemicals several years ago. No hard feelings, right? Well... it's been hell trying to get off their sales call list since then. If you do pick up the call, the sales people are very aggressive. I recently picked up to tell them (again) to take me off their list and was told that it would take 30 or 40 days. Gimme a break! That's utterly disrespectful.

They don't even deserve one star - Don't use trugreen!!! They lie about what they do to your lawn. we had to call them several times just to get any one out to our house to do what was contracted to be done. Fire TruGreen unless you want your lawn to look like this! Has to call them over 6 times to have them come out and do the July fertilizer treatment. They finally got around to it in Sept 3rd but it was to late as my lawn is now dead!!! Beware people, read the complaints as they aren't false..
7/12/2020 Please do yourself a favor and do not hire TruGreen Chicopee. The service is terrible. Every time I called for help, they would send the wrong service guy. And it happened over and over. They ripped out half of my yard and left it. I called for a weed spray and watch the person on video just walk around my yard and leave, didn’t spray anything. They’re terrible. And I can’t say it enough DONT hire them. In fact they are so bad that I felt incline to make an account to write this review, that’s how disgusted I am with them. 8/28/2020 update: It cost 200 to fix the yard myself and I now receive 2 phone calls a day from tru green ... don’t hire them
I called and asked for ant control and they sold me ant control, mosquitoes and ticks and spiders etc! I paid for 5 applications, talked to 4 specialist and everyone said it kills ants but I got a call from them saying they don't kill ants! I talked to the tech he said yeah it kinda works! He sprayed nowhere I had ants!!! Come to find out I paid for everything but only received mosquito control!!! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND NO ONE WHO WORKS THERE KNOWS ANYTHING!!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!!
