Worse experience ever on any electronics or cellphone provider shop. I do not want to complain about English, as it is my mistake that I don't speak French. However, I went there looking for a new cellphone and data contract as I am a new doctorate student in Uqac, I was clear about which cellphone and plan I wanted. After showing all my necessary documents (Identity, Social security number, credit card) and wasting more than 1 hour, I was told that they cannot give me a contract because of my credits, I moved to Saganuey 15 days ago and I am paid student, it was highly disrespectful. Best buy on the other hand dealt with it so smoothly and gave me the phone and contract in 15 minutes.

Service a la clientèle très décevant. Le préposé aux ventes avec lequel j’ai discuté était incapable d’effectuer un retour pour une commande placée en ligne. Offrant comme seule solution de me rappeler lorsque le problème serait réglé, chose qu’il n’a jamais fait, même après que j’aille essayé d’appeler au magasin pour essayer de lui parler. Bref, aussi bien s’arranger seul que d’essayer d’avoir de l’assistance de leur part. Merci pour rien pantoute La Source
