Very poor service and customer management. Never ever agree for general service. Just list them issues to resolve. In the name General service they charge 550. In addition to that ask for separate labour charges if they found issue like, need carparator need to cleaned or brake shoe need to be changed. If any such works are additionally charged. What will this original 550 for? Local mechanic can work more ethical compare to this people. Even their well training mechanics (as they are stating) only solution is to replace the parts that cost 5k to us. But same issue for resolved by unauthorised mechanics for 400, then why need to be visit these service center? When I mentioned about brake not working, they suggested to replace brake pad by preliminary inspection. I did with outside mechanic since they don't have spare parts. Brakes are still not operational even after pad change. When went again to service center. They suggested and replace oil and it's start leaking and applied brake was not released at all. There suggestion after this was 'adjust and ride'. An authorised service centre mechanics can reply like this? What is the point for visiting service center? Honda bike has name and it definitely will be spoiled by these staffs. Atleast Manager at this place was reasonable and understand our concern. But that not enough. If he can't control his staffs behaviour towards customers. How come establishment gets good reviews from customer like us? ABVR has service center two three locations at Cuddalore district alone. Don't know about other locations. Let's hope there good.
