We stopped here on way back from another location, personally I was disappointed. I expected more natural surroundings but essentially this is a man made lake. We only stopped for 30 minutes and were done. 1 or 2 small bars but we didn’t bother stopping. Very difficult to park and I would not return here.

Good place to take a walk, clean place and very nice, I love it
A place with lots of history and local culture. During dia de los muertos the locals arrange events on the water to celebrate their ancestors. It looks clean, the weather often cool or cold at times.
This a nice lake to spend some time and relax while you looking at the calm waters
