Nice people, in this as any other bus stations shouldn't charge to use restrooms, we pay very high prices on bus tickets.

Always nice and clean. There are seats and public bathrooms but i recommend paying the 5 pesos for the better bathrooms.

Small bus station but very clean. Cuidad Juarez, Mexico was a safe, quiet city in my (6) day stay with my family in Cuidad Juarez, Mexico. Traffic ran smoothly. Despite news reports of years ago about Cuidad Juarez, I was very impressed with the city, it was very clean, people were out and about shopping, eating out, sightseeing with no worries or safety issues.
