Horrible customer service, arrogant lady. I try to get shaved and the front desk lady answered with \yes\ or o\. No customers were inside, three young adults (the barbers) were talkning waiting for customers but the lady said \all full today\. No options, no offers, no nothing. I guess they do not need new customers.
