Worst Internet service provider I have ever met. Please don't run a business if you cannot provide customer service/support which is the most important thing of this business. Also, if you cannot provide services in areas which you know doesn't have good connectivity, then please don't. I live abroad, and my parents have to keep on calling your worst customer support which keeps on lying to provide service in an hour and does nothing. This is regarding their branch in Valsad.
