Food was average. Customer service was very bad. They have strict timings on breakfast , lunch , evening snacks(including coffee) and dinner. One thing anyone needs during a vacation is "strict schedule".one of the days, We reached at 7:30 after z point trek and when asked for coffee and snacks , they say it's dinner time. While they had all the time to service private orders. And we were a group of 7 so atleast could have been prepared again. Just the stay is good. Clean bathrooms,big and spacious rooms.

Personalized service with lush green ambience throughout the resort. Danny, Manju and Santosh were perfect hosts who made us feel comfortable and guided us with a great itinerary during our stay of 2 days. They catered to all our needs with pleasure. All the Malnad style meals were delicious and healthy. Compliments to the cook. We had a delightful stay and look forward to visit again. This resort is highly recommended for couples as well as families who plan to visit Kemmangundi. Despite an initial hiccup in the room allotment, the manager, Veenu helped us get the correct room we booked. The management is very flexible with the check in and check out timings and their focus is mainly to ensure you a comfortable stay.

Place is relaxed & Calm . It covered with different types of plants, flowers & trees. You can have a quality time here with family & friend's. You can find here a bonefire & some indoor games like caremboard & badminton (outdoor). You can take good pic's here as the place is good to take photos. You will get breakfast, lunch & dinner as u want to but u have to pay for it.

I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property in the month of December 2020. Top-class hospitality from the hosts (Danny, Manju and Santosh). Vast space and lush greenery all around. Serene ambience and absolute privacy. Good food and delicious chicken side dishes. Campfire experience is the best that I ever had in my entire lifetime. Campfire was ON almost full night. Thanks for providing a BOSE speaker that made our whole campfire experience next level.

It is an excellent place, very nice ambience, surrounded with lots of groceries, rooms are maintained very well and the cottages are very spacious with 24hrs hot water. Food is amazing, and tasty, hospitality is awesome. The owner Mr. Veenu is the best, very kind and cooperative and his wonderful staff Santhosh, Manju, Shalini, Kumar are very good and very cooperative, thanks to all...Cost is affordable... IT'S AN AMAZING PLACE for the groups....Excellent

The property is gud and large but not well maintained. Seeing the reviews and rating we had booked this resort but it was worst stay we ever had experienced and checked out as soon as possible.Its just like a lodge not a resort,not a place for family. Food is not at all gud we had to eat previous day makeover food for breakfast. None of the staff is neither bothered nor professional about the guest who stay in their resort, everyone is busy in their own phones and family matters. Manager is not at all bothered about the guest and their requirements everything need to be called and asked he was just enjoying his play with his friends.
