We just left our first checkup for our newborn son and I have to say, it was amazing so far! Dr.Suresh is awesome and she was so kind and helpful along with everyone else in the office! They were also really flexible with our appointment time. It's really unique also! They have the parent handle their baby/kid instead of messing too much with them and stressing them out. Then you're allowed to touch them and such while they do procedures/checkup. We will gladly be going back for all of our future visits!

Mediocre practice.. They don't even care to followup on baby’s health, had really bad experience when Dr Norris refused to listen about baby’s eye infection and was adamant that we get her tomorrow to her ( although we kept asking to her if we should take her to ER and seek immediate help). Eventually my kid had to be taken to ER and then hospital. Nobody cared to follow up after as well. The staff here is very inefficient, they mess up on the test orders and you need to keep following up to get anything done. One such case, my 1yr old baby had to draw blood twice because they messed up on test results. Only good thing was Dr Suresh, but she isn't with the group anywhere.

I’m a single mom with twins and had an appointment for both of my twins. I arrived 20 minutes late and asked if just my son with a high fever could be seen. Knowing I was late I thought they would be accommodating for one appointment and I could bring my daughter back. I even asked if she could ask the doctor if this was ok and she replied no she’s already asked before. Front desk staff was very nonchalant and made me feel like they could care less about my situation. Even if you have to deliver unfavorable news, I feel as though you can relay this in an empathetic manner. I also usually receive this same treatment when calling about an urgent issue. Whoever answers the phone always seems to care less about my concerns. They usually reply with an attitude “What did you give them?” or “Just give them Tylenol”. As a first time mom this is always unsettling. If you get frustrated easily and do not have a genuine care for the well-being of children I think you should consider working in a different field

Say NO to Dr. Norris and find a different pediatrician. Inconsiderate enforcement of 15 minute grace period. I was stuck on 400 trying to get to doctor’s appointment and I even called ahead to tell them I was running late because of traffic. After unloading and carrying in a toddler and infant, the doctor insists I reschedule, because I was TWO MINUTES past the grace period. I have five children and I am ordinarily always on time. Dr. Norris can make you wait 30 minutes in her office lobby regularly, or not even show if she’s held up elsewhere, but refuses to show me the same respect. DOCTORS, THIS IS NO PROBLEM, IF YOU SHOW THE SAME COURTESY TO YOUR PATIENTS. I’m happy to take my business of five kids elsewhere. For the record, office staff and nurses are great here.

doctors are nice, but the two nurses at front desk seem to have an attitude the last two times i’ve came in. they aren’t very welcoming and seem to have a chip on their shoulders. i was 15 minutes late to appointment, they weren’t busy at all. maybe one person in the clinic and they had me in the waiting room for 45 minutes. mind you i just had a baby less than a week ago so you would think they would be some type of grace period of being late. not just upset about the wait time i’ve had, more upset about the nurses at the front desk and their attitudes.
