We love this hospital. It is easy to see why they were voted one of the best pediatric hospitals in the nation. We come from Idaho Falls to see the orthopedic surgeon here and it is worth it. The staff here is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful and take the best care of our daughter. Thank you Omaha children’s hospital for all that you do for so many children and their families. You’re the best.

My son had surgery to remove a small tumor from his brain, and they have the best team of doctors and nurses. He recovered very well. I would recommend this hospital to anyone and everyone who has a child in need of care. They don't do emergency care, however. But overall it's a wonderful hospital for kids.

This is easily the worst hospital I’ve experienced! I’m paying thousands of dollars to “talk” to a specialist for 10min and I am left to sit in a dirty exam room that clearly isn’t sanitized for 45min. The doctor spoon feeding me things even my untrained eye can see shouldn’t cost more than the actual procedures! When paying your bill on time they still hound you for money every week! They send bills in my name and my spouses name which just feels like harassment when it’s an autopay bill. The hospital itself is usually dirty with a foul smell. Radiology front desk is usually rude and the covid protocols make no sense at all! This hospital also has a reputation for treating staff(including resident physicians) horribly! They sure do make a lot of money off of sick children for a none profit! So sickening to say the least. Clean your damn hospital and treat people with respect, especially those that are making your money for you!

Worst bed side manner emergency room nurses and front desk workers ever. Probably the worst attitudes ever for in a hospital. When people are having an emergency and one of there loved ones are hurt you think you would be nicer. Nope not these workers. For people that work in an industry to help, they make things a thousand times worst. Completely unprofessional on deciding who is allowed to stay during a covid time with the one person allowed with patient in a different situation for legal. And then those who don't have a ride that they can't wait in the waiting room and get kicked out to wait in 20 degree weather. Didnt even make a fuss just said I ordered a ride. I waited by the exit doors not even in the waiting room and I got security called on me... wow. Will never ever go back here.
