We have been to many children's museum and love all of them. Unfortunately, this is out r least favorite which stinks because we live nearby. We have had a membership for a few years now and have decided we will let be renewing. Sadly they have let the place go. So many things are in dire need of repair and renovation. A lot of the things in the museum do not work or are missing parts/pieces. Most of the exhibits and the accessories that go with them are VERY OLD and WORN down. Sadly just looks like the overall care for the location is not there. Hopefully they will work on addressing these issues and we will look forward to trying them again in the future.

Good news first. The place is awesome for the little ones. I enjoyed it very much also. Covid has the building much less crowded. Reservations make your trip less impulsive. The gift shop has very cool gifts. Now the not so good. I last came to this place 3 or 4 years ago and it was pretty much the same things to do. Not much has changed. But I bought the family membership cause why pay 90 when you can pay 130 instead.

Neat museum, asinine covid restrictions. My kids had fun, but the 2 hour play time vs. paying the same amount to stay and play all day is wrong. They’ve got attractions closed and all of the dress up stuff put away. My kids were bummed.

Loved this place! I was nervous about covid. It was super clean also the staff continued to sanitize it the whole time. They still had storytime, science project and craft class which were really cool. I appreciate effort in keeping our kids safe while having fun! Insane place!

Have always loved this place! I was nervous about play places & covid. We booked a 930/1130 slot. It was VERY clean & the staff continued to sanitize the whole time. They still had storytime, science project & craft class which were really cool. I appreciate the extra effort in keeping our kids safe while having fun!
