We arrived 5 mins before 6am, first one here. Which we were told to be here at 6am, its now 6:45am & still sitting in the lobby. Our little has had no food or water since 11pm and woke up for the hour drive just to sit in the lobby. Scheduling department NEEDS SERIOUS HELP!!!! NEVER AGAIN, we will use the hospital from now on.

I have had good experiences in the past. But, if you have anything even slightly different on your medical intake forms, make sure you call way in advance and make them check it. We just had a surgery cancelled because it will be safer to have it at Children’s. Which they would have known if they had checked her medical intake form more than the day before. Now it’s another month wait to have surgery. This is a policy that should be changed because the inconvenience caused because they didn’t check medical forms more than a day in advance is ridiculous.

These guys are incredible. From the moment we walked in (on two occasions spread out by several years) to the follow up call they make a couple of days after surgery, these guys are genuinely kind and care about the kiddos using their facility. They're a terrific group!
