I’ve been having bad stomach problems for over a year now, I’ve had to come back multiple times with no improvement. They haven’t ran a single test on me except assume that it is anxiety I came in not too long ago The doctor didn’t see me until 30 mins after my appointment was scheduled(happens every time I come in) the doctor only talked to me for 10 mins about everything said that it could all be in my mind and made no change whatsoever to help me and to come back in another 6 months, and he refused to write me an excuse (because I am in school), sorry if this seems like a me problem but this has been a huge waste of my time.

My opinion CHW fox valley GI unit does focus more on keeping you coming back in lieu of niping any issue in the bud for long term. Can only speak for fox valley GI unit. CH feel free to contact me should you have any questions about this review.

My son was staying in the hospital and I had a rude lady on the phone who messed up my food. The nurses found out about it and did everything they could to fix the problem and made sure I had a nice calm stay so I can focus on my child. I am very thankful that they helped me. Sometimes small stuff like that could make a persons day.

Short and to the point. Nurses and dr's were wonderful with my son during his recent week stay there. My only concern is the fact that Childrens seems to be going backwards in what they allow the medical staff to use for tools of there trade. I would think that a facility with their money and care for the kids would have them use more up to date tools like thermometers instead of the type you buy at Walmart and can be more susceptible to germs.

Not impressed!!! ER doctor was very rude and short. Did not hardly examine my child. Doctor said he was here to only find emergency cases and said they do not have certain equipment and was not able to perform that on my child. They did not take a blood pressure. For a \Children's hospital\ I find myself very sickened.
