Very helpful staff. They helped me find a book I could only describe the look of and the subject matter (the Selk'nam). One of the few shops where staff knew any English.

A chain bookstore, wide selection but does not go deep. Not bad, but in the area there are better bookstores.

Excellent assortment of books and a true Chilean book store. The only downside is you will not find books printed in other languages aside from several classics.
Wonderful bookshop with a well-thought out collection of books for everyone. Knowledgeble and helpful sales help. Live music, a pianist playing a grand piano. Pleasant, relaxing atmosphere.
Good selection, ambiance and service.
There was a person there playing the piano. It was delightful to hear.
