HORRIBLE!!!! Do NOT recommend! SHOP repair manager ...lied to me from beginning of ordeal. Each time I called I was told something different by office manager. I was only able to personally reach him a total of twice during ordeal. If you call you will be told he's OUT. The lift system on my pop up tore up. I was told it would be 4-6 weeks to fix. It is NOW 7 months later...and I just picked up my camper. I had to personally search, locate, and send him my results for parts. He sat on his butt for months giving me run around for parts. I told him how I didn't think I should be responsible for ALL of 1,500 BILL due to my time involved in situation. Chilhowee RV shop stays in business because there is a lack of RV repair shops close and available. I will drive to another state before Ever going back. Do NOT let them touch your rv/camper...you will not be pleased.
