I'm a truck driver and whenever I stop at a Pilot and there's a Moe's Southwest Grill, it gives me instant happiness. I have to refrain from doing cartwheels into the restaurant. And this restaurant in Chillicothe, Ohio has a gem for an employee. Her name is Nicole and she is a breath of fresh air! She's super friendly, super effecient, super helpful and genuinely happy with customers being there. My only complaint is that these restaurants don't have wheel barrels so that they could wheel me out to my truck when I'm done. 5 stars for this restaurant but Nicole raises it to 8 stars

Overall, a good place for Tex Mex type food. But it is expensive for what you get because it's attached to a truck stop. Anything attached to a truck stop is overpriced because they know truck drivers have no choice but to eat there.
This was my first time eating at Moe's. Absolutely delicious food. I gave 5 stars for the food even though the first worker that takes your initial order was staring at me with a rude face like I shouldn't be their. Everyone else besides her was great. I wish I would've gotten her name.
This was our first time at Moe's, been anticipating it for years just never stopped in. They never gave us our salsa, the queso was nasty to me, too runny and just tasted like melted american cheese with no flavor, the burritos were nothing to rave about, although they weren't bad, I've definitely had better. The best thing we got were the chips. Based on this first experience I doubt I'll ever come back. Just wasn't for me.
