We cannot say enough about Brendan's professional service and personal qualities. He is knowledgeable, and gave us good advice. He *really* listened and understood our needs. Brendan always kept us informed in a timely way and always responded promptly when we needed to contact him. He quickly put us at ease and inspired our confidence and earned our trust. The sale materials he prepared for our home were of excellent quality - photographs looked beautiful in the brochure and on mls, and the drone video really showed off our home's location to its very best advantage. In a difficult market, Brendan worked extremely hard marketing our home and his hard work generated lots of interest, resulting in our sale. He thoroughly earned his commission. More than this, though, Brendan has gone far above and beyond what we would expect from an agent. He helped us in so many ways to guide us and help us get our home ready for the market, and also for our sale. Listing our home with Brendan was just a breeze, He is a straight shooter who is a true expert in his field, he told me exactly what I needed to fix to get my house sold for exactly what I wanted, the best part of the whole experience was Brendan’s communication he was just on top of everything during the whole process I was actually out of the country working yet with the frequent phone calls with Brendan giving me updates, he made me feel like I was right there and he was working non stop to get my house sold before my deadlines, I would definitely Recommend Brendan to my friends or family he did a great job and made this whole process seamless.
