Best experience we've had in a long time! Mark and Gavin did a great job sourcing out our needs, lots of knowledge and respect with a fully supportive team. When we purchased our new Mitsubishi ECLIPSE CROSS from FRASER VALLEY MITSUBISHI here in Chilliwack, We were treated with nothing but respect and honesty which is very refreshing when it comes to vehicle shopping. From A to Z, all of our needs where met or exceeded our expectations. We bought the showroom model because it was so shinny in there and what a vehicle it is. We received free snow tires and rims at the time, to which is a huge bonus for us. Out of pocket anything is tough for a lot of people. We travelled to Chilliwack to purchase our new Mirage G4 from Chilliwack Mitsubishi. Our dealings were all over the phone, prior to our arrival. They were very easy to talk to over the phone and understood exactly what we wanted and the vehicle was all ready and sitting in the building when we arrived. We told them we wanted fog lights and heated seats and they installed the seats for us and I installed the fog lights. I would recommend the dealership to anyone in the Chilliwack area, even outside the area. We found them very knowledgeable, willing to work with us on our requests and parts pricing is excellent. My dad, Dave, says, "Mitsubishi Motors took the inside of my old Pontiac Montana and transformed it from old and gross inside and made it look brand new. They used toothpicks and Q-tips to get into crevices no one knew about. They're so pleasant to work with! I would recommend them to anybody. 5 stars!

Great customer service. Very friendly staff, offered me coffee and my son a treat while we waited. They even took the time to make small talk while I waited. Absolutely spotless inside, and clean bathrooms. Great music and they let me know of any recalls available on my vehicle. Well done, Mitsubishi! I'll be back one day.

I have to say that out of all the different car lots I went to last week looking for a vehicle these guys were by far the best. I didn’t feel pressured by them at all, they worked with me to get me into a vehicle I could afford. They were honest an made me feel completely comfortable. They were very knowledgable and went above and beyond to help me. I highly recommend going to Chilliwack Mitsubishi if you’re looking for a vehicle.
